What Are the Shipping Costs?

At EllaSydney, we keep shipping costs fair and simple — most orders ship free within Australia when you meet our minimum order threshold.
We currently deliver only within Australia.


Can I Track My Delivery?

Absolutely. Every order is shipped with tracking.
Once your package has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link where you can follow your delivery status in real time.

Please note: tracking updates may take a little time to appear after dispatch.


What Are the Delivery Times?

We process orders quickly — usually within 1 to 3 business days.
Orders placed before 10:00 a.m. (AEST) Monday to Friday are typically processed the same day.
Average delivery time is 5-14 business days.

During busy periods (such as sales or holidays), shipping may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.


I’m Not Home at the Time of Delivery – What Happens?

If you’re not home, your parcel will be held at your local post office for 7 days.
You’ll receive a card or message with pickup details. After 7 days, if uncollected, the package will be returned to our warehouse.


Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
Once your order is placed, processing begins quickly, so it’s not always possible to make changes.
If you realise you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at support@shopellasydney.com — we’ll do our best to help before the order is shipped.


Lost or Stolen Package

EllaSydney is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If tracking shows your order as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
We’ll help you open an investigation with the courier and keep you updated until it’s resolved.
