Welcome to EllaSydney. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

These Terms apply to all offers, orders and distance contracts concluded between EllaSydney and the Consumer.

3. Products & Offers
We aim to display all products and descriptions accurately. However, slight variations in colour or appearance may occur.
All prices are listed in AUD and include applicable taxes.
Obvious typographical or pricing errors are not binding.
4. Orders & Payment
A contract is concluded when your order is confirmed.
Payments must be completed within 7 business days unless otherwise agreed.
If payment issues occur, please contact us immediately at the email above.
5. Delivery
Orders are processed promptly, typically within 14 days.
If delays occur or an item is unavailable, we will inform you. You may then cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Risk passes to you once the order is delivered to your address.
6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned to our warehouse within 14 days of notifying us.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Refunds are processed once the items are received and inspected.
7. Warranty
We guarantee our products meet reasonable quality standards.
This warranty does not cover misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorised repairs.
8. Complaints
If something isn’t right, please contact us at support@shopellasydney.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
We’ll respond within 14 days and aim to resolve any issues quickly.
9. Liability
EllaSydney is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from product use, shipping delays, or temporary website downtime.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of New South Wales.
